It’s a fine year for wildflowers, oh yes. Best I’ve seen in a long time. These were taken just outside the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve. No antelope, but plenty of trash. I didn’t know that people still did this—drive to the outskirts of town, dump their junk and peel out. These are the things you learn when wandering off the main road, I guess.
P.S. these colors are unretouched. I know! Hard to believe, but it’s true.
